This information will aide you when you start registering for names and numbers with the state and federal government. While your first priority is to decide what business you want to go into and how much financial backing you will need, the following are very important details that you will need to set.

Now that you have decided the type of company you want to start, your business name, and if you will have employees, you are ready to make it legal.  Depending on the type of business you will develop you will need to file the Articles of Incorporation which dictates the structure of the business.  Once you have this taken care of it is time to let everyone know what you are doing.
